Senior Warranty Claims Assessor

Due to continued growth, we have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Senior Warranty Claim Assessor to join us and take the lead in evaluating warranty claims. This hands-on role offers a chance to collaborate across departments independently, fostering team unity and trust.

This role isn't just about assessing warranties but about driving results and actively participating in diverse projects where you can thrive on challenges and work towards continuous improvement. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the team to drive success and build strong relationships, supporting our business objectives.

As our Senior Warranty Claims Assessor, you’ll lead the assessment of warranty claims from our global dealer network. Responsibilities include managing high-value claims, coaching and mentoring the team, ensuring claim quality, supporting warranty audits and effectively managing and focusing on internal and regional targets. It involves working with minimal supervision, being proactive in problem-solving, and having the ability to adapt quickly to new and dynamic situations

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong understanding of the motor trade industry.
  • Experience with OEMs is a plus but not essential.
  • Knowledge of dealership-level operations and aftersales functions.
  • Warranty experience is advantageous, though not mandatory – we're more interested in your passion and potential!

 

This is a full-time hybrid role working Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 16:30 and Friday 07:30 – 12:30 There is flexibility for the right candidate.
