Head of Q and VIP Sales UK&SA

Due to an internal promotion, we’re now seeking an experienced Head of Q and VIP Sales UK & South Africa to join us at our Gaydon HQ.

You will be responsible for managing dealer engagement, overseeing after-sales customer processes, and proposing effective vehicle service and repair solutions. This role isn't just about attending luxury events, it's about delivering results for the business and instilling confidence in clients to build trust and long-lasting relationships.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be calm under pressure, charismatic, driven, tenacious, personable, and detail oriented. This is a stand-alone role with high visibility across the business. Some of your day-to-day activities will include,

  • Managing VIP sales contacts and internal stakeholders
  • Meeting with customers across the region to discuss new models
  • Delivering on regional KPI’s and timings
  • Completing model specifications at Gaydon HQ
  • Attending networking events
  • Reviewing and managing CRM reports
  • Overseeing aftersales customer process

As our next Head of Q and VIP sales UK and South Africa, you’ll be focused on managing UHNW individuals and delivering an ultra-luxury experience whilst keeping to set deliverables. The dynamic nature of the role requires great flexibility geographically, therefore wouldn’t suit anyone looking for a standard 9-5 role. Your remit will involve developing and delivering the strategy to achieve regional targets for Q & Special Project Sales.

As you’ll be working with UHNW and VIP customers you’ll provide ultra-luxury customer service to all, embracing openness and ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and support.

The Key Requirements...

  • Experience working with UHNW individuals.  
  • Track record of high-net-worth sales
  • Experience of working with CRM databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Full UK driving License and car
  • Ability to problem solve under pressure
  • Able to travel extensively across the UK.
  • Worked within a high-pressure and target-driven environment.
