Chassis Controls Graduate

As our next Chassis Control Graduate, you’ll be a valued member of our Chassis team. As part of your role, you’ll learn how the department operates, and during your rotation understand the importance of other departments' deliverables which will help you gauge the bigger picture of how each department interlinks with each other.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the integration and advancement of the vehicle’s chassis. You will interact with various cross-functional teams weekly, cascading system attributes and monitoring the target-checking process. Your role will involve defining targets for single components and collaborating with the attribute and integrations team for validation. Additionally, you will be involved in control software development, performing vehicle-level and system-level simulations to define and validate high-level control logic.

Your desire for excellence and willingness to learn will enable you to apply what you have learned and deliver the best results You will thrive on the opportunity to work hands-on product and deal with various attributes of car functionality. After your second year, you will have the chance to test and drive prototypes, further expanding your skills and experience.

The scheme…

This is a two-year rotational scheme within different areas of the Vehicle Engineering department, where you’ll spend specific periods gaining invaluable experience and knowledge within our key areas,  which may include

  • Full vehicle simulation
  • Software development (Electrical/Electronics)
  • Vehicle Attributes

This scheme starts on Monday 2nd September 2024.
