Apply now Job no: 510571
Work type: Graduate Position
Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire

As our next ePowertrain EDU Graduate, you’ll become a valued member of our ePowertrain team. As part of your role, you’ll learn how the department operates, and become familiar with Aston Martins ways of working.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a diligent team player who is willing, adaptable, flexible, and reactive to meet the ever-changing needs of the business. Having the right attitude is crucial as we can teach you the technical aspects to help you fully embed into the team. Unity and trust within the team are highly valued, as is taking ownership of your work.

In this role, you’ll shadow the lead engineer within each rotating department, to gain a comprehensive understanding of how each department impacts the entire EDU and ePowertrain delivery process. Within your remit, you'll be tasked with working with suppliers and understanding and analysing technical test reports.

This role isn't just any job to you as you’re not someone who just goes through the motions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to excel and showcase your skills. What's important to you is having the chance to be hands-on when required, to solve any issues that may arise, and to have an attitude of "we can fix this quickly." To you, this role is about being proactive and finding solutions

The Key Requirements...

  • Degree in mechanical/electrical/software engineering or related field

That's why the name of everyone who has ever worn our famous wings is inscribed on the wall of our factory.

Your future within this role will be fundamental to the EDU and ePowertrain team as you’ll be a key member in transforming Aston Martin to deliver electrified products that we have never seen before. This is a chance to be part of a strong brand which provides you with more exposure and breadth within your career.
