New Model Quality Graduate

As our next New Model Quality Graduate, you’ll be a valued member of our New Model Quality team. As part of your role, you’ll be instrumental in driving the quality of our vehicles to new heights.

Your ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks at any one time and prioritise will be crucial in this role. You’ll interpret high-level programme objectives to understand the tasks to be undertaken by the Quality teams and create plans to ensure deliverables are met. You will also work closely with the Quality Engineering teams to cascade vehicle programme requirements and obtain status updates.

Working within a team you’ll be responsible for creating and managing Vehicle Inspection Standards and Evaluation Instructions to enable accurate assessment of vehicle build performance. You will also drive the implementation of lessons learned to ensure the robustness of new designs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead fixture-build activities, with the responsibility of controlling the budget and liaising with other departments to meet all requirements.

In order to excel in this role, you'll need to be an excellent communicator with the confidence and ability to present information to all areas of the business, from technician to the Chief Operating Officer. Your tenacity and natural drive to succeed will be key to you successfully fulfilling your responsibilities

The scheme…

This is a two-year rotational scheme within different areas of Quality/Operations. You’ll spend specific periods gaining invaluable experience and knowledge within our key areas,  which may include

  • Plant Vehicle Team – you’ll learn about problem-solving and vehicle audits
  • Supplier Quality – how we develop quality parts with our supply base
  • New Model Launch – how we plan and build our pre-production vehicles

 

This scheme starts on Monday 2nd September 2024.
