Aston Martin European Operations is a Germany-based team that provides an interface between MS&S support functions, Public Relations, Dealers and Customers for Continental European Markets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide a single point of contact for both internal M&S functions, Dealers and Customers.
Develop, assist in the development of, and implement business strategies for dealers within Europe (including sales, franchise implementation, marketing activities, business planning) .
Develop, implement and control the monthly regional forecast, wholesale and retail sales reporting in close coordination with the Sales Operations Executive, General Manager and the central office Sales Operations Department; including volume planning, forecasting and departmental variable budgets.
Manage and control the departmental fixed budgets associated to the region of responsibility.
Providing market input on a regular basis.
Communicating central activities to dealers, and assist in their implementation as appropriate.
Co-ordinate marketing plans for respective markets/dealers with the European Marketing Manager.
Keep abreast of European Marketing and Central Marketing communication strategies and ensure that dealers are kept up to date with latest strategies (media advertising, CRM campaign development, exhibitions, corporate identity, sales literature, promotions and sponsorship).
Central representation of the key markets as appropriate.
Instigate and support process improvement initiatives within Aston Martin Europe.
Provide key Sales and Marketing support to European Marketing Manager and General Manager Europe.
Organization and co-ordination of dealer conferences.
Qualification & Experience:
Business related degree preferable.
Excellent, interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical skills coupled with good PC skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
The ability to interact at all levels within the organization and be self motivated
Good levels of business acumen.
Effective time management skills.
Dependable and self motivated, take ownership of key monthly objectives and deliverables.
Previous experience in Sales Operations or Marketing is required.
Needs to fluently speak and write English and German, with a preference of at least one additional relevant language from the Continental European market region (French, Italian or Spanish)
Must be prepared to travel extensively within Europe
Prepared to live and work from Germany
