Job Purpose:

Assist with the management of all aspects of the Sales and Marketing fleet as well as supporting the Fleet Planner and the Head of Global Fleet when required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administer toll and fine process
  • Logging of all tolls and fines against the vehicle record on Itineris
  • Updating records with proof of payment
  • Administer V11 re-taxing process
  • Save each V11 individually
  • Log V11s on master tracker spreadsheet
  • Send out email to owners requesting them to either re-tax or SORN the vehicle(s) in question.
  • Re-tax any cars which fall under UK Sales i.e. Business Partner
  • Keep V11 tracker up to date.
  • Chase vehicle owners to ensure all cars are re-taxed or SORN before current road tax expires.
  • Oversee proto upgrade process
  • Once per quarter collate all V5C documents which require upgrading
  • Liaise with AML L & C (release of CoCs and production of Type Approval code) and DVLA (confirm cost of V5C upgrade)
  • Raise payment requisitions
  • Send all relevant paperwork to DVLA
  • Daily upload of documents to Itineris (fleet management system)
  • Assist with testing and development of Itineris system
  • Support Fleet Planner and Head of Global Fleet with any ad hoc requirements

Qualification & Experience:

  • Understanding of Aston Martin vehicle range
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle fleet administration
  • Knowledge of vehicle re-taxing process
  • Knowledge of prototype upgrade process and requirements
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy, alongside computer / systems skills.
