Job Purpose:
To be responsible for and to drive the development, maintenance and integrity of the dealership customer database and to provide data driven insight to the business enabling optimisation of CRM marketing activity and ensuring a luxury customer journey and customer satisfaction for all customers of Aston Martin Works.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitoring customer data inputs (refining data collection processes and standards where required) to ensure customer records are accurate and comprehensive
Carrying out regular database cleansing
Maintain GDPR compliance
To extract information from the customer database in order to produce meaningful reports that can be supplied to departmental heads for prospecting and ensuring customer interactions are logged and followed up
To develop customer journey touchpoints
Generate CRM KPI’s and communicate to business including customer segmentation
Coordinate system generated communications
To research CRM best practice and to implement improvements
To enhance the reputation of the dealership at every opportunity
Qualification & Experience:
Proven experience in data analysis/CRM
Excellent communication and data presentation skills
Dealership DMS experience preferred – e.g. Keyloop/Kerridge/Synergy/Salesforce
