At Aston Martin, delivering an exceptional customer experience is just as important as engineering world-class vehicles. Behind every interaction across Sales, Marketing, Aftersales and Connected Car sits a sophisticated ecosystem of digital and commercial platforms. We are now looking for a Commercial Programme Manager to join our IT organisation and play a central role in delivering these critical capabilities.
The Opportunity
This role sits within our Project Management Office (PMO), a central hub designed to bring consistency, structure and excellence to how we deliver across IT. As Commercial Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of programmes across our CRM and commercial systems portfolio, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business priorities and executed with precision.
Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will bring together stakeholders, teams and partners to deliver high-impact change that enhances the end-to-end customer journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will take ownership of programmes from initial concept through to successful delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and within budget. With a clear focus on business value and customer impact, you will guide programmes through each phase, maintaining structure while adapting to the needs of a dynamic environment.
Using established governance frameworks and delivery methodologies, whether Agile, Waterfall or hybrid, you will create clarity and control across all workstreams. You will lead cross-functional teams made up of internal colleagues, contractors and external partners, fostering a collaborative and delivery-focused culture.
A key part of your role will be building strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Connected Car and IT. You will ensure stakeholders remain aligned, expectations are managed, and communication is open and transparent throughout the lifecycle of delivery.
You will proactively manage risks, dependencies and challenges, taking a structured approach to mitigation while maintaining momentum. At the same time, you will oversee programme budgets, ensuring financial discipline through careful planning, tracking and forecasting, and providing clear visibility on performance and any emerging pressures.
Your Impact
Your work will directly enable the successful delivery of CRM and commercial capabilities that support the full customer lifecycle. From platform enhancements and integrations through to broader transformation programmes, your leadership will ensure that solutions are not only delivered effectively but are also embedded successfully into business operations.
You will play a key role in driving delivery excellence, identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working within both the PMO and the wider Commercial product organisation.
About You
You bring strong experience in programme and project management within complex, cross-functional environments, ideally within CRM or customer-focused technology landscapes. You are naturally structured in your approach, able to simplify complexity and maintain control while keeping a strong focus on outcomes.
You are confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to make clear, informed decisions under pressure. Your approach is both pragmatic and action-oriented, with a drive to deliver tangible results.
You build trust quickly and communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation, from technical teams to senior stakeholders. You understand the importance of collaboration and know how to bring people together to achieve a shared goal.
Technical and Professional Experience
You will have proven experience delivering complex programmes involving both internal teams and external partners, with a strong understanding of structured delivery practices and governance frameworks. Experience within CRM or commercial systems, including platform enhancements, integrations or transformation initiatives, will be highly valuable.
You will be comfortable managing programme budgets, including forecasting, tracking and variance management, and will have experience coordinating resources across multiple concurrent workstreams.
A recognised project management certification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, will support your credibility in this role.
How You Work
You are highly organised, analytical and methodical, with a natural ability to bring clarity to complex challenges. At the same time, you maintain a flexible and adaptive mindset, adjusting your approach as needed to keep delivery on track.
You are motivated by progress and outcomes, taking ownership and driving initiatives forward with energy and accountability. Your communication style is clear and engaging, enabling you to influence, align and inspire those around you.
