At Aston Martin Works, we don’t just maintain vehicles, we preserve history.
Based at our iconic Newport Pagnell site, the historic home of Aston Martin, this role offers a rare opportunity to lead the only official Aston Martin Heritage centre. You’ll be at the forefront of protecting and evolving the legacy of one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, working with vehicles that represent decades of craftsmanship and innovation.
As Senior Manager – Heritage Operations, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Heritage service and restoration function. From overseeing complex, long-term restoration projects to driving commercial performance, you’ll play a central role in ensuring we deliver exceptional quality, customer experience and sustainable business growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be equally focused on people, performance and customers. You’ll lead and develop a highly skilled team, setting clear expectations and creating an environment where individuals and the workshop as a whole can perform at their very best. At the same time, you’ll stay close to the operation, visible, involved and ready to step in where needed.
Customer experience sits at the heart of everything we do. You’ll ensure the highest standards are consistently delivered, building strong relationships with heritage customers and ensuring every interaction reflects the level expected of an Aston Martin affiliated dealership.
You’ll also take a commercial lens to the business, delivering against revenue and profit targets, using data and KPIs to drive performance, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow the Heritage offering. Working closely with marketing, you’ll help shape how Heritage is presented across digital channels and events, ensuring we continue to engage and attract our unique customer base.
This role will suit someone who thrives on ownership and challenge. Restoration projects can span several years, and no two situations are ever the same, whether navigating customer expectations or resolving complex vehicle issues, you’ll approach challenges with confidence, resilience and a solutions-focused mindset.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in customer service or aftersales within a high-end automotive environment, ideally with leadership experience or clear progression towards it. You’ll bring commercial awareness, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, alongside the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
A genuine passion for the Aston Martin brand is essential, and experience working with heritage vehicles would be a distinct advantage.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Heritage at Aston Martin Works while safeguarding its past, a role where your impact will be seen not just in performance, but in legacy.
