We are currently recruiting for a Network Development and Retail Strategy Planner to join Aston Martin’s Asia Pacific & China team, supporting the growth and evolution of our retail network across one of our most dynamic regions.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering Aston Martin’s global network strategy, helping to optimise dealer performance, support new market entry, and elevate our luxury retail experience. Working closely with regional teams and global headquarters, you’ll turn data and market insight into clear, actionable plans that drive commercial success.
Your responsibilities will span market analysis, dealer performance tracking, and network planning, as well as supporting retailer lifecycle activities such as appointments, relocations, and contracts. You’ll also contribute to strategic projects including benchmarking, retail innovation, and the rollout of corporate identity standards across our showroom network.
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, organised, and commercially aware, with experience in automotive or luxury retail environments. You’ll be confident working with data and insights, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different markets and functions.
Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for performance are essential. Experience with data visualisation tools and structured problem-solving will set you up for success in this role.
Candidates must be educated to degree level in a business-related discipline and have the right to work in China.
