If you enjoy improving how businesses operate, influencing change and working with people across an organisation to make processes more effective, this could be the role for you.
As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in improving and optimising end-to-end business processes across Aston Martin. Working with stakeholders across the business, you will identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve performance and support a culture of continuous improvement.
You will collaborate closely with internal process owners and the Aston Martin Centre of Excellence to review existing ways of working and implement improvements that align with wider business objectives. This includes leading Execution Management System projects and helping deliver measurable value and cost savings for the organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the future of the newly formed Centre of Excellence. As one of the early members of the team, you will also have the chance to influence how the function evolves.
At Aston Martin, we value openness, collaboration and excellence. Our heritage as a luxury car manufacturer continues to inspire everything we do.
The Key Requirements
• Degree educated – Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a lead role overseeing business process optimisation.
• Proven record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Strong experience delivering complex projects, managing stakeholders and coordinating technical resources.
• Experience working collaboratively across multi-functional teams (IT and business), building effective working relationships.
• Change management experience with the ability to support teams through organisational change.
• In-depth knowledge of business process management methodologies and tools, including process mapping.
In this role, you will combine collaboration, analytical thinking and project leadership to support process owners in delivering improvements across the business. A key focus will be improving and standardising processes that are currently not fully documented while supporting projects that align operations with wider business goals.
The role goes beyond traditional lean process management and includes using data to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation. You will also help promote the value of process improvement across the organisation and support teams in adopting new ways of working. In this context the position requires an adaptable approach and the ability to work in a fast-moving, competitive environment.
