As our next Aftersales Graduate, you’ll become a valued Commercial team member. As part of your role, you’ll be instrumental in managing commercial data analysis within your remit and to achieve this, you’ll work collaboratively cross-functionally and with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome. Additionally, strong analytical skills are essential for analysing data and extracting valuable insights from various sources whilst always taking and understanding the customers' point of view and being empathetic towards their needs. This role is dynamic, you will be involved in all elements of the business, witnessing tangible results within a relatively short timeframe. You will also have the opportunity to deploy your ideas in real-world scenarios, experiencing personal growth and development.
You'll need to be analytical, collaborative, and open-minded to excel in this role. You should also be hard-working, competitive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Decision-making is an important skill, and you will be working within a small team of 3 to achieve your goals. As part of your remit, you will be responsible for providing support to our UK dealer partners, conducting data analysis on opportunities to maximise parts and accessories sales, whilst working collaboratively with the global team. There is also scope to support vehicle launch activities and engage with 3rd party suppliers which will also be part of your responsibilities.

Leading a project and making decisions will be part of your responsibilities, as well as putting together and executing a plan for increasing accessories revenue within the UK market over a 12-month project.

This is a two-year rotational scheme within different areas of the Commercial department, where you’ll spend specific periods gaining invaluable experience and knowledge within our key areas, which may include
- Revenue and retention
- Customer journey and satisfaction
- Parts and accessory marketing
- Warranty operations
This scheme starts on Monday 2nd September 2024.
