We are recruiting for 4 x Software and Electronic Technologies Graduate Engineers, where each of you will become a valued part of our Software and Electronics Technologies (SW&ET) team. As part of your role, you’ll learn how the department operates, and become familiar with our brand and tools which will become a part of your journey.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a team worker, ambitious, and resilient. You’ll be working within a collaborative cross-functional team, where you’ll gain a crucial technical understanding of the software and electrical components. This role would really suit somebody who is keen to advance their career at a much faster and more progressive pace whilst gaining hands-on experience.

In this role, you’ll learn key main components of the department and key processes for the SW&ET team. Within your rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver individual projects whilst developing key connections with the business stakeholders for the department. The product portfolio you will be working with is diverse, ranging from hypercars to SUVs. Your remit in this role would encompass numerous tasks, allowing you to become more connected to the products and gain recognition for your achievements whilst receiving the support you need to enable you to deliver.
The Key Requirements...
- A degree in Electrical/Electronic/Software Engineering/Telecoms/Robotics or Computer Science
- Some experience in coding e.g. Matlab/Python/C/C++
- Enthusiasm and motivation for working at AML

The scheme…
This is a two-year rotational scheme within different areas of the Software and Electronics department, where you’ll spend specific periods gaining invaluable experience and knowledge within our key areas, which may include
- Motion Control
- Connected Cockpit and Digital experience
- ADAS and Autonomous Driving
- Electrical Architecture and Integration
- One placement outside of SW&ET such as Program or Launch
This scheme starts on Monday 2nd September 2024.
