As our next New Vehicle Launch Graduate, you’ll be a valued member of our New Vehicle Launch team. As part of your role, you’ll learn how the department operates, and during your rotation understand the importance of other departments' deliverables which will help you gauge the bigger picture of how each department interlinks with each other.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be an assertive and analytical individual as you’ll be working with various departments to ensure the readiness for the start of production is secured by taking ownership of certain aspects of specific projects. Once the project is live, you’ll facilitate start-up meetings in the morning and run production readiness reviews once or twice a week and follow up on any build issues and containment, ensuring that all open actions are completed. You’ll have a mentor assigned who will support, guide and coach you to become fully competent within this role.
Working within a team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the production line is safeguarded from immature cars. You will delve into the depth of the product, conducting analytical checks to ensure everything is running smoothly. You won't be afraid to question things and will be motivated by meeting targets. This role isn't simply about doing the job; it's about being proactive, inquisitive, and achieving results.

This is a two-year rotational scheme within different areas of the New Vehicle Launch department, where you’ll spend specific periods gaining invaluable experience and knowledge within our key areas, which may include
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Programme
- Sales and Marketing
This scheme starts on Monday 2nd September 2024.
