ADAS & AD Systems Engineer

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for the ADAS & Autonomous Driving (AD) systems delivery
  • Responsible for functional performance of ADAS & AD systems
  • Responsible for ADAS & AD systems technical problem resolution

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of system specifications, performance targets and system interfaces
  • Delivery of functionality associated with ADAS & AD
  • Technical problem solving for series support
  • Ensure appropriate calibration and validation of ADAS & AD functions
  • Ensure releasing of hardware to support builds is completed
  • Achievement of maturity levels and deadlines according to quality gate for all projects

Qualification & Experience:

  • Knowledge of ADAS features and technical development (including regulatory and industry standards)
  • Knowledge of the Systems Engineering lifecycle
  • Experience of working with or defining requirements for complex systems
  • Working knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g. Polarion or Doors)
  • Awareness of FuSa and DFMEA
  • Experience in test and validation of complex vehicle systems
  • Experience in Product Delivery and technical problem solving
  • Working knowledge of Vector tools
  • Experience of ADAS systems calibration and test
  • Knowledge of L3/L4 Autonomous Driving systems
  • Degree educated in relevant Engineering discipline
  • MSc in relevant engineering discipline
