Job Purpose:
Implementing a successful IR program, supporting the overall IR function and communication with the investment community
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and execution of Aston Martin's IR programme, including organising meetings with key internal and external stakeholders
Organise events such as quarterly financial results presentations, Capital Markets Days and site visits
Develop investor communication materials – draft and compile press releases, slides, speaker notes and Q&A for results and other investor presentations
Regularly review broker research and models to ensure accuracy and consistency with external messaging, highlighting areas that require attention
Manage and maintain consensus estimates, develop analytics to compare to current outlook/budget
Maintain CRM system to support broader targeting and internal reporting initiatives
Prepare meeting records and compile the senior management briefing notes for investor meetings
Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders across various areas in the business, as well as broker corporate access teams and investors
Maintain the investor sections of Aston Martin’s website
Manage IR inbox and research answers to investor queries
Prepare initial drafts of regular internal reports for senior management and the Board
Qualification & Experience:
Excellent computer literacy, including PowerPoint skills and Excel modelling, and numerical capabilities
Understanding of accountancy and/or capital markets is highly preferable
Outstanding communication, with excellent written and spoken English and the ability to write clearly and succinctly
Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
An analytical mindset with the desire and curiosity to continually improve all aspects of the function
Capital markets experience (banking, buy or sell side)
