Job Purpose:
Q & Special Projects are a key focus for the future company strategy.
This role is responsible for all aspects of the commercial operation within Q, working closely with internal stakeholders
Increase the global awareness of our bespoke service amongst our customer and dealer base
Deliver and build a class leading bespoke service across our model range
Manage and deliver one-off and low volume projects for the business
Generate year on year department growth and incremental revenue through bespoke sales
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Build Q by Aston Martin into a world class bespoke service offering a truly engaging customer experience
Responsibility for all bespoke sales across the model range, ensuring customer expectations are met and order call
requirements are in line with program planning
Manage the strategy for Q Defined options with the help of the Product Planning team, to increase the accessibility of Q to
customers and dealers
Work with Finance and Product Planning to define a revised Q Pricing strategy to help streamline quotations
Proactively assist the Marcomms team to develop an integrated communication plan to increase the awareness for Q
through regular market communications
Commercially project manage Q One-off / Low Volume programs from concept to delivery
Ensure Q plans & programs are well communicated through the business both internally and externally through briefings,
dealer meetings and bulletins
Educate global dealer network on Q products & services through dedicated training program
Work with Network Development to design & implement Corporate Identity & Dealer Operating Standards for Q
Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to increase Social Media & On-Line presence of Q by Aston Martin
Departmental budgeting, product planning & business case justification/presentation
Build strong cross functional relationships with Finance, Product Planning, Design, Engineering, Legal & Cert,
Manufacturing, Network Development, Global Marketing, Sales & Aftersales and Dealer Training
Support VIP Sales team when required to help host VVIP clients for Special Projects
Qualification & Experience:
Relevant automotive experience and from a commercial department with customer facing requirements
Experience in Management
Experience of Product Planning, customer journey and delivery
Degree Qualifications in relevant field
Good presentation skills to all levels of the business up to CEO
Good problem-solving skills
Proven project management, dealer & cross-functional influencing skills
Knowledge of the automotive luxury sector
Competent using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
