Job Purpose:
To act as technical lead for our Enterprise Resource Planning solution, Infor LN collaborating with technical and business teams to support our deployment of Infor Cloudsuite Automotive.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
LN Upgrades including Tools, Porting set, Patch installation
Provide solutions and suggest best practices in LN/Infor OS
Subject matter expert for overall Infor ERP Architecture
Lead role in building and maintaining a complex software system
Manage relationships and communication with senior stakeholders
Ensure that AM maximize investment made in Infor products and adopt relevant updates in a timely manner
Define and Maintain system security and integrity
Master Data Management, Ensure Data Quality, migration and maintenance
Constantly review As Is system landscape, identify gaps and provide desired solution design recommendation applying Infor Best practices
Qualification & Experience:
Experience in an Infor Architecture role with an extensive understanding of Cloudsuite Automotive platform offerings (ie Extensions, deployments, product set )
Multiple Infor certifications
Good understanding of underlying infrastructure components such as cloud IaaS and network architecture
Infor Integration experience using a variety of application integration approaches but primarily using tools such as Infor OS and an understanding of API's
Degree in IT related field, or equivalent experience
Project management – Prince 2 preferred
Knowledge and experience of Infor development and configuration preferred
