Job Purpose:

  • Manage and control all programme aspects of Hypercar Vehicles
  • Work with internal departments within R&D and Procurement, as well as external Full-Service Suppliers (FSS) partners to co-ordinate engineering, procurement and development activities
  • Plan and manage the Full-Service Supplier (FSS) assembly of the projects

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the Hypercar Vehicle Programme Team
  • Overall ownership, leadership and management of Hypercar Vehicle Programme deliveries
  • Co-ordinating with FSS to establish a comprehensive RASIC across the projects
  • Create and manage Vehicle Programme Plans (VPPs)
  • Financial definition, target, maintenance and responsibility
  • Responsible for achieving on-time delivery of engineering releases (ETRS) to support programme build requirements
  • Responsible for concerns coordination, ensuring all known issues are tracked and resolved robustly on time
  • Responsible for developing. Maintaining and publishing SELs and PDLs

Qualification & Experience:

  • Significant experience within automotive industry
  • Significant experience of project/programme management
  • Experience of leadership
  • Experience of high level presentation and reporting
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Engineering/Product Development/other relevant degree or equivalent
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and holding others to account
  • Able to manage others – ensuring the best is achieved by members of the programme team
