The focus of the Creative Executive is the delivery of exceptional creative content for advertising, engagement and promotions, including campaign playbooks and dealer toolkits. You will be responsible for ensuring for excellent creative, that the brand is always appropriately portrayed, key campaign messages are clearly communicated, and that material are delivered on time and in the right format. You will work closely with content creators, the Strategy and Implementation teams, as well as the regional Marcom teams.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Support delivery of exceptional creative content through idea generation that with the brand & product purpose.
Coordinate the creation of communication assets for use ATL and BTL in conjunction with the content team and external agencies
Coordinate the required timelines for delivery with the Implementation team to ensure deployment schedules are met
Develop clear understanding of how and where content will be used to ensure that production can deliver the content in the correct formats
Maintain and refresh a suite of creative assets for each model and ensure that the assets available on BrandHub are always current and correct
Review that current content have the necessary rights and permissions and it is clear where they can be deployed
Coordinate the localisation of content to ensure that global content adhere to specific market regulations or requirements
Coordinate the production of point of sale material – ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to
Facilitate the approval of new content and ensure that feedback is accurately captured and any impact on schedules are clearly communicated
Establish excellent relationships that facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders including; Design, Product and regional Marcom teams to maintain alignment across projects
Hold regular reviews with regional Marcom teams to ensure that the content meet requirements and that locally created content meet standards and are shared across markets
Qualification & Experience:
Experience in developing creative campaigns, from brief to final review
Experience coordinating activities with third party suppliers on specific projects
Working knowledge of marketing best practices within the luxury and/or retail sales sector
Demonstrable ability to prioritise tasks and have effective time management, communication and analytical skills
Possess the drive and passion to ensure project timelines are met, despite unforeseen delays
Capable of working as a part of a small team and to work cross functionally to deliver goals
Able to travel frequently to production locations and agency partner offices
Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Lead Management
